Downloads are available to participants of our courses, who receive a password to them on the course.  If you lose your notes, please email us with the date of your course, company and your name and we’ll send you a reminder of the password.

Documents may be in Word or Adobe Acrobat format.  To open them in your browser (this takes much longer) just click on them.  To download them to your computer hard disk, right-click (or option-click for Mac) and select “Save target as...”
