We offer a wide range of training covering personal, inter-personal and management skills.  Some of the work we have recently completed includes:

• Personal Influence & Impact Pi2 - Influencing skills for managers and technical staff. We can deliver this in-house or as an open programme through a partner company.
• Consulting skills for external and internal consultants and advisors - run for a range of clients including major oil companies, management consultancies and HR consultancies.
• Negotiation and sales for managers and professionals  - useful for everyone, we were selected by a major insurance company to train their underwriting and claims handling professionals.
• Facilitating groups for managers and consultants - a valuable skill for managers, consultants and technical staff.  Our courses have helped  a major drinks company, a household name retailer and a top four accountant to train staff in facilitating risk workshops .
• Leadership skills and behaviours  - we work with a major property company and an international household products business to develop their senior management capability.
• Presentation courses and coaching  - working with an international strategic consultancy to develop the delivery and content of client presentations, we also ran training programmes to help people design presentations to put over contnet in a lively and engaging way.
• Writing for business - we work with a major audit and consulting business to develop the writing skills of their graduates.
• Managing Performance - we work with the senior managers of a major chartered surveyor to help them create excellent performance with new and existing staff.  This has enabled them to tackle performance issues before it’s too late and to develop and retain those with potential to be high flyers.
