Simulations and Role-Plays

We design and deliver sophisticated simulations and role-plays for use in training using professional actors.  These provide a controlled environment to practise skills.

For example, we:

• Set up a 'virtual' management team for course participants to consult to as clients
• Enabled participants on a feedback skills course to role-play tricky situations using actors
• Provided actors to role-play interviewees on a recruitment skills programme
• Ran a conflict management course in which participants were able to direct actors’ responses to different situations.
